Upgrade your health routine

The simple practice I use to elevate my wellness.

Let’s discuss the concept of bio-individuality; what works for one person may not necessarily work for another.  Just because a wellness guru insists that early morning meditation is the key to success, doesn't mean it's a one-size-fits-all solution.  Same goes for diet, workouts, etc.  At this stage in my life, I thrive on low-impact exercise and an intuitive way of eating.  However, you might be gluten free and feel your best doing high intensity interval training.  That’s why health is SO personal and bio-individual; it’s far more than the food on our plate or the form of movement we practice.  Holistic health includes everything from relationships, career, finances, spirituality, and nutrition/movement.

Since health changes from one week to another, I approach each new week as a new opportunity to try on different habits and meals to find what really helps me feel my best.  What has made such a difference in my personal health journey is making a game plan for the week: knowing what habits are going to help me reach my goals, and how I can take the last-minute decision fatigue out of planning meals.

I’m excited to introduce my new e-book, 7 Days to Upgrade Your Health!  I created this guide to help you create a personalized routine based on habits and practices that align with your bio-individual needs.  This is the exact framework for how I structure my own weeks: I typically kickstart my Saturdays or Sundays with a cup of coffee, my favorite cookbooks, or browse through Pinterest recipes. During this time, I craft my meal plans, compile my grocery list, and outline the habits and priorities I intend to focus on for the upcoming week.

In addition to the routine-building guidance, I've included my top 10 holistic health tips within this e-book.  With so much noise in the wellness world, these simple health tips can help you strip away some of the confusion and bring it back to the basics.

I hope this helps you feel inspired to try a new healthy habit and create a little more structure in your health journey if you are feeling overwhelmed.  As always, let me know what you think! 😊
